Return and Refund:
You have right to return your order within 5 days of its delivery date.
By filling the return request form or by mailing us on support@jeetapparels.com.
Each order is carefully checked and packed before shipping. If you
receive a product damaged or defective or not as described we will either
refund you full amount or send a free replacement for it. To claim full refund
against a defective product you must send us images in support of your claim within
24 hours of receiving your order.
Return your order through a reliable shipping/courier service which
provides consignment tracking number. Mail us your shipping/courier details
with consignment tracking number to support@jeetapparels.com.
Return your order in its original condition as you received (including
box, labels, tags, warranty card, etc) and ship it back in a durable packaging.
We will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transit. After
receiving your order back our team will review and approve your return. Once
the return is approved we will initiate the process to send you the replacement
product within 24 hours. In case if we don’t have replacement stock we will
initiate the refund process which may take 7 to 10 working days for the refund
to reflect in your account statement.
Products that cannot be returned:
Products ordered under offers and seasonal discount sale cannot be
returned.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, you
can always return the order within 5 days from the date of delivery.
